RETURN POLICY

A) Return by courier:

Wines Connection Limited provides you with "7-day return service". You can return your purchase with a valid reason within 7 days from the date of receipt. The return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer.

1. Except for the items marked “No refund or special offer”, all items can only be replaced once.
2. If the returned item has exceeded the “7-day return service”, it will not be accepted.
3. Returned goods must be returned to the return address together with the order or receipt and date (screenshot/Hard Copy). (The freight for this journey is the responsibility of the buyer's sender)
4. The company's return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer

If the buyer chooses to return/exchange the goods in person at the return address, please call us during office hours to ensure that our staffs are there to serve you.
